Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Third Coast Ride Co., we reserve vehicles, drivers, and time specifically for each scheduled group. Because these arrangements are made in advance, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings.

Cancellations 31 or More Days Before the Tour
Guests who cancel at least 31 days before their scheduled experience may receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations Within 30 Days
Bookings cancelled 30 days or less before the scheduled tour are non-refundable and cannot be moved to another date or converted into a future-use credit.

Eligible Refunds
When a refund is approved under this policy, it will generally be issued within five business days of the cancellation being processed.

Private Shuttle & Cadillac Tours
Approved refunds for Private Shuttle or Cadillac Tours are subject to a 10% administrative fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How to Cancel
Cancellation requests must be submitted by phone or email. Please provide the reservation holder's name, scheduled tour date, experience name, and pickup location so we can locate the booking and process the request.

Weather & Circumstances Beyond Our Control
If Third Coast Ride Co. is unable to operate a scheduled experience because of dangerous weather or another circumstance outside our reasonable control, we will work with affected guests to arrange an alternate date or provide a voucher toward a future experience.

Third Coast Ride Co. may revise these terms from time to time. The cancellation policy in effect at the time a reservation is made will apply to that booking.

Guest Conduct & Experience Policy

Our goal is to provide a comfortable, respectful, and safe environment for everyone riding with Third Coast Ride Co. By booking a trip, guests agree to follow these guidelines:

Vehicle Environment
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside any Third Coast Ride Co. vehicle.

Guest Conduct
For the safety of the group, our drivers may refuse to begin a trip if a guest is visibly intoxicated or unable to participate safely. No refund will be provided when service is refused for this reason.

Guests are expected to treat our drivers, other passengers, vehicles, and venues with respect. Behavior that is threatening, disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate may result in the guest being removed from the vehicle or the experience ending early, without a refund.

If a guest becomes excessively intoxicated during the trip and continuing the experience presents a safety concern, Third Coast Ride Co. reserves the right to conclude the trip early.

Damage & Cleaning
Guests are financially responsible for damage they cause to our vehicles or other property. A $300 cleaning charge may be assessed when a vehicle requires professional or extensive cleaning as a result of a guest's actions.

Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for keeping track of their own belongings. Third Coast Ride Co. cannot guarantee the recovery of items left behind in a vehicle and is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal property.

Reservation Policy

A reservation is not considered secured until payment has been successfully completed and Third Coast Ride Co. has issued a booking confirmation.

Payment
Full payment is due when the reservation is made. We accept major credit and debit cards for payment.

Booking Confirmation
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from Third Coast Ride Co. containing the details of your scheduled experience. Please review this information and contact us promptly if anything appears incorrect.

Experience Adjustments
We carefully plan each trip, but actual routes, schedules, destinations, and stop durations may occasionally need to change. Adjustments may be made based on weather, traffic, venue availability, operating conditions, or other circumstances in order to keep the experience running smoothly and safely.

Photo & Media Release Policy

We occasionally document our tours and experiences through photographs and video. By joining a Third Coast Ride Co. experience, guests understand that they may be incidentally captured in this content.

Third Coast Ride Co. may use photographs or video taken during our experiences for business-related purposes, including our website, social media channels, advertising, promotional materials, and other company communications.

We want our marketing to reflect the authentic experiences of our guests and the places we visit. We do not provide payment or other compensation for incidental use of guest images or recordings.

Prefer Not to Be Photographed?
If you would rather not be included in promotional photography or video, please let us know before your experience begins. You may also speak with your driver or host when you arrive. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request and avoid using identifiable images of you in future promotional content.

Third Coast Ride Co. values the privacy of our guests and takes reasonable steps to safeguard information provided to us.

When you make a reservation, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, payment details, pickup information, and other details needed to organize your experience. This information is used to process and manage your reservation, communicate with you, and provide the services you have requested.

We do not sell or rent guest information to outside companies. We also do not provide your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

In certain situations, information may need to be provided to a business or service provider involved in fulfilling your reservation. For example, relevant guest or scheduling information may be shared with a winery, venue, or transportation partner when necessary to coordinate your experience.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to help protect the information entrusted to us. However, no method of storing or transmitting information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

By making a reservation with Third Coast Ride Co., you acknowledge this Privacy Policy and consent to the handling of your information as described above.
