Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Third Coast Ride Co., we carefully plan and coordinate each experience to ensure a seamless day for every group.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.

Within 30 days of your tour, all bookings are final. No refunds, date transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5 business days of your request.

For Private Shuttle or Cadillac Tours, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from any eligible refund.

To request a cancellation, please contact us by phone or email and include your name, tour name, date, and pickup location.

In the event that Third Coast Ride Co. must cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer rescheduling options or a voucher for a future experience.
Third Coast Ride Co. reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Guest Conduct & Experience Policy
To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests:

No smoking is permitted in any vehicle

Guests who appear intoxicated prior to pickup may be denied service without refund

Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund

Excessive intoxication may result in early termination of your experience

Any damage to vehicles or property will be the responsibility of the guest

A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any incident requiring deep cleaning

Third Coast Ride Co. is not responsible for lost or left-behind personal items.

Photo & Media Release Policy
By participating in a tour with Third Coast Ride Co., you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken during your experience for promotional and marketing purposes.
These images may be used across our website, social media, advertising, and other marketing materials without compensation or additional approval. We always aim to capture and share the genuine, positive experiences of our guests.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify us prior to your tour or inform your driver/host at the start of your experience, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
